The Transnational Organized Crime Rewards Program by the United States Department of State extended a reward of up to $1 million to individuals providing information that directly contributed to his apprehension. In the late afternoon of August 9, 2016, Feaster took Alejandro to the meetup point, where they forced Sandy with a gun to withdraw her account empty ($ 1000) from an ATM. After they robbed her they drove her to Cabarrus County, a wooded area where Alejandro killed her by shooting in the head. Both Alejandro and Feaster fled away in Sandy’s car after dumping her body into a ravine.

Both of them crossed the border to Mexico, however, Feaster surrendered herself on October 20th, 2016 after she got in touch with her mother but Alejandro is still AWOL since then and is listed on the FBI’s top 10 most wanted criminals.

A federal arrest warrant, issued on December 8, 2022, by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, charged him with child sex trafficking.

Investigations revealed that he is suspected to be connected to an illegal gang called Pierce Street Gang.
